Employees of the City of Nocera Umbra, given time determined according to art. 14, paragraph 14, Law 61/1998 between 1998 and 2002, currently in service at the town of Nocera Umbra, are n. 44 and holding the following positions:
· No Geologist 1 Cat D;
· No 32 Cat C: No Administrative and No. 20 Teachers Technical 12;
· No A. Cat 11 workers
personnel currently in service is essential for the management of the City of Nocera, as it currently covers most of the routine, as well as those related to the reconstruction of post - earthquake.
Our current position is born of some choices made over time by the central government to regional administrations.
In particular:
1) the continuing promises that the regional administration has done to stabilize the staff
2) the establishment of Programme Agreements with which the staff had to be absorbed between the bodies. did not produce anything useful and definitive . No body has ever been forced to comply with the agreements;
3) the choice of creating a strong discrimination between employees hired before and after 30.06.2002, with AL providing 01/28/2003 No 2 a block with whom he prevented Participation in the Program staff recruited after 8.1.2002. This differentiation is currently no longer makes sense, but it has a contributory cause friction between the precarious recruited before and after the block;
4) the Financial 2008 Ex.
