The Himalayan Yoga Institute-Italy organizes an extraordinary opportunity for members to meet the authentic teaching of the representatives of the lineage of the ancient Himalayan Tradition of Yoga and Meditation in a four-day residential retreat to be held in Tuscany, on Mount La Verna (AR).
This mountain, which was for S. Francesco beloved place of his hermitage in search of solitude and moments of contemplation, has become a place of pilgrimage by many researchers spiritual. Here of course it is accompanied and inspired by the perennial track of sadhana of the Holy: his holiness is imprinted in every corner of this wild and majestic landscape.
In this valuable chance to meet with the Himalayan Masters, we will be led to the rediscovery of our true nature with the help of the ancient scriptures of Veda, lovingly, speak to our conscience. The holy presence of sages and saints will guide a better understanding towards a true internal investigation.
Swami Veda Bharati, Teacher and Spiritual Guide of the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga and Meditation, will accompany us on this journey of knowledge supported by Swami and Swami Bharati Ritavan Nityamuktananda. The practice of hatha yoga teachers will be conducted by the Himalayan Yoga Institute, Italy.
